Service Description
Food Truck Spot Reservation Terms By selecting this reservation, you agree to pay a $50 deposit to secure your spot for the full day. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least two (2) weeks in advance. After completing your service day, the deposit will be applied toward and deducted from your total rent charge. Vendors are expected to arrive 1–2 hours prior to service, with service beginning at 11:00 AM, and remain open through the full service day until 11:00 PM. You may take reasonable breaks during slower periods. All vendors are required to use our on-site POS system. This allows us to track daily sales and process payouts accordingly. You will receive your total daily revenue minus applicable sales and use taxes, minus an 8-10% revenue-based rent fee, plus your share of the property-wide tip pool. (8% for weekdays, 10% for weekends and holidays). Cancellation Policy
Please note that all reservation requests are subject to approval. Requests may be denied due to menu overlap with already booked vendors or due to private events. This policy is in place as a non-compete measure to protect our vendors and maintain a balanced marketplace. Reservations may be canceled up to one week in advance for a full refund. After that point, refunds are not available. Vendors are expected to arrive 1–2 hours prior to service, with service beginning at 11:00 AM, and remain open through the full service day until 11:00 PM.
