How It Works: 
 

1. Select an upcoming date and submit a request to reserve your spot. Food vendors- please be sure to upload a copy of your business license, health permit, and proof of insurance.
    

2. Your request will be approved, but will not be secured until payment is remitted. To keep a balanced mix of vendors and prevent overlapping menus, some requests may be cancelled promptly afterwards. This helps create a fair and successful experience for everyone.

   • Food trucks pay a % rent, which is calculated on the day of service.

   • Tent vendors: A one-time $30 fee includes a tent and access to electricity.
      

3. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received.
    

4. You may cancel up to two weeks in advance for a full refund.
